Speakers should submit their presentation to the technical service at least 2 hours before their session starts. For morning sessions, submission the day before is strongly recommended.
Time limits are as follows:
- Keynote: 25 min + 5 min Q&A
- Ordinary talks: 12 min + 3 min Q&A
- Flash talks: 3 min, no Q&A
All presentations will take place at the scheduled time.
Posters should be prepared in 70 x 100 cm (width x height) format.
Posters must be displayed at least 30 minutes before the scheduled session begins in the Poster Hall.
Poster authors are expected to attend the poster session and be present at their posters during the scheduled discussion time.
After the session ends, authors are required to remove their posters.
Oral or poster presentations will not be allowed unless the registration fee has been paid (except for Keynote speakers).
